The Warmia Resort complex was erected by an experienced developer – Adept Investment. It is a Polish developer that has been operating in the commercial and residential real estate sector for over 8 years. In its scope, it supports and implements investments from the moment of acquiring land to design and construction. The company has completed over 20 investments and is constantly expanding its portfolio.

A reliable operator

Upon conclusion of the contract, the villa is handed over to the operator – Adept Hotels.

Adept Hotels is an international hotel chain partner with more than 15 years of experience in the management of rental apartments. The company originates from Student Service, a company founded in 2000, which was the largest administrator of private student residences in Poland. It currently manages apartments in Warsaw, Gdynia and Zakopane, with a very high occupancy rate. In the future, their activities will include real estate located in Georgia, Uniejów and Warmia Resort, as well as a hotel facility near the Park of Poland in Mszczonów and a retirement home in Brzozówka, whose design phase will begin soon.
